I got burned today while swimming...
I did something new at the gym today. I RAN for 2.5 minutes. Now I know that isn't a long time, but it is the longest I have ran in over a year. And my knee doesn't hurt TOO much. It is a bit painful, but at the same time, I was successful. next time I'm going to go for three. I have a goal to hike the Y by the end of the summer. I have high hopes! :)
